me-zu-zah / N. [Heb mezuzah doorpost]: a small parchment scroll inscribed with Deut. 6:4-9 and 11:13-21 and the name Shaddai and placed in a case fixed to the doorpost by some Jewish families as a sign and a reminder of their faith and to protect their house.

As many of us carry one as an amulet, I designed this Mezuzah with the same bark pattern used in my stars.
